DIETITIAN BIO

Anne is a registered dietitian who helps clients build sustainable, balanced relationships with food. She brings a personalized approach to every session, considering your goals, lifestyle, and preferences to create nutrition plans that are realistic and effective. With a background in clinical care, private practice, and athletic performance—including marathons and Ironman triathlons—Anne blends science-based knowledge with practical experience. She’s especially passionate about plant-forward eating (which does not have to be vegan) for long-term health and chronic disease prevention.

 

Anne’s style is supportive, science-driven, and practical. She focuses on behavior change, nutrition education, and real-life strategies that simplify healthy eating. Her plans are holistic—addressing not just food, but also sleep, stress, activity, and mindfulness. Whether you're managing a health condition, working on weight goals, or training for an event, Anne helps you find a plan that works for your body and lifestyle.

 

For athletes, Anne offers targeted sports nutrition guidance to support both performance and recovery—helping you fuel your training, stay healthy, and perform at your best on race day and beyond.

 

Your first session includes a full nutrition assessment—covering your health history, current habits, and goals. Together, you’ll create a personalized plan that’s clear, actionable, and tailored to your needs. Follow-up sessions offer ongoing support, accountability, and adjustments as needed. Optional tools like food journaling and messaging are available to help you stay on track between visits.
